Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents are under 11-14yr age group Adolescents who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents who are absent on the day of enrolment into the study. Adolescents suffering from any chronic disease condition and physical disability.
