Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ] Patient willing to participate in this trial through written informed conscent. b] Age between 30-70 years c] Patient having signs and symptoms of karnabadhirya (sensorineural hearing loss mild - moderate) d] Senile deafness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital hearing loss b} Patients having CSOM, perforated tympanic membrane etc. c} Conductive and mixed deafness d} Otosclerosis e} Patients suffering from other disease like diabetes mellitus, hypertension
