Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Patients diagnosed with maxillofacial fractures indicated for Nasal Intubation Patients fit for surgery Patientâ??s approval for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonatal or paediatric patients Patients contraindicated for nasal intubation Patients indicated for closed reduction Patients who are unfit for surgery. Nasal septal injury
