Inclusion criteria: Patients with dilated cardiomyopathy who underwent renal transplantation under spinal epidural anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing renal transplantation having normal cardiac status. Patients undergoing renal transplantation under general anaesthesia.
