Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who usually use a smartphone. 2. Those had systemic musculoskeletal injuries or diseases that will affect the posture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Had history of recent trauma or surgeries around neck, shoulder, or spinal regions. 2.Had problems with visual auditory, and cardiorespiratory dysfunctions. 3. People with cognitive impairments, and alcohol or drug abuse records took medications that could affect the posture.
