Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria and signs and symptoms of Sthaulya. 2 Age between 20 to 50 yrs age group. 3 WHR (waist hip circumference ratio) >0.9 in males and >0.8 in females. 4 Patient of Sthaulya with BMI range from 25 to 35kg/ mÂ². 5 Patient willing for trial and giving written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients not willing for trial. • Patients having BMI less than 25& >35 kg/ mÂ². • Patients having complications uncontrolled diabetes,uncontrolled hypothyroidism,uncontrolled hypertension, cardiovascular diseases etc. • Patients having other systemic complications like malignancies . • Patients on prolonged medication like corticosteroids.
