Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical and MRI evidence of ACL tear Grade 2 and 3 injuries Symptomatic ACL insufficiency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing for study Diabetes, Hypertension, Immunosuppressive disorders, Bleeding disorders Multi ligament injury Signs of infection ACL injury associated with fracture
