Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with clinical suspicion of TMA 2.This study will cover all age groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known history thrombotic disorder or thrombophilia. 2.Patients who are on anticoagulants and anti platelets.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
All patients with clinical suspicion of TMA and undergo testing will be included in the study and only those who turn out to be positive for TMA panel will be included for the registryTimepoint: 4 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
i.Generate a tool to predict the clinical severity ii.Developing registry for TMA cases which might be useful in National scenario in such rare hematological disorders iii.Once the data is analyzed, we will be able to propose a decision tree algorithm for diagnosing suspected TMA cases Timepoint: 3
