Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having elevated Blood pressure along with following clinical symptoms mentioned in the Ayurveda & western medical science Shirahshool(Headache) Bhrama(Giddiness) Hridadravata(Palpitation) Anindra(insomnia) Ayaasjanya swaskastata(Dyspnea) Krodha Prachurya(Mental Irritability) Daurbalya(weakness) Klama(Fatigue)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any inflammatory conditions Other systemic disorders like, RA, SLE etc Apatarpanajanya conditions. Chronic Alcoholic and Chronic smokers. Patients suffering from the systemic or serious illness like leukemia, Chronic Kidney diseases, cirrhosis of liver, myocardial infarction, etc. Any malignancy. Severe grade of Hypertension [systolic >200 or diastolic >120mm Hg]

Result will be assessed on the basis of gradation of both the subjective and objective clinical features.Timepoint: 7 weeks
