Inclusion criteria: Patients with Cardiovascular Disease Patients who are willing to participate Patients aged above 18 years Patients with comorbidities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not fully conscious Patients who have difficulty in communication The patient who had documented psychiatric illness

MeasureTime frame
The study results will give an overview of the quality of life, medication knowledge & patient satisfaction among the patients with cardiovascular diseases. By counselling the patients regarding the disease & medication, the patient will able to understand the outcomes of the disease and will consider proper treatment there by resulting in better treatment outcomes.Timepoint: 0 5 days—
