Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients coming under diagnostic criteria of DKD 2.Patients with and without Dialysis 3.Patients between 18 years to 70 years of age irrespective of sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients less than 18 years and more than 70 years 2.Patients suffering from CAD 3.CLD 4.MALIGNANCY 5.TB 6.ASCITES 7.STD 8.Pregnant,Expecting and lactating mothers 9.Other complications of Diabetes Mellitus 10.Patient with recurrent UTI 11.marked HTN as it fallaciously rise microalbuminuria
