Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in prone position 1.Age group 18-65 years 2.BMI = 30 kg/m2 3.ASA 1 / ASA 2 patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 and above Neurologic diseases – CVA, hydrocephalus, compressive neuropathy. Musculoskeletal diseases – Unstable cervical spine, PIVD, history of spine injury, history of acute/chronic back ache Hemodynamic instability Asthma/COPD Pre-existing pulmonary disease/ hypoxia ( Spo2
