Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Symptomatic patients with Clinical and MRI evidence of anterior cruciate ligament insufficiency . 2.Patients between age 14 to 44yrs (skeletally matured patients). 3•ACL tear associated with medial/lateral meniscus tear or Associated Grade I and II MCL and LCL injuries . 4•No history of previous surgery in the knee 5•A normal contralateral knee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with local skin infection 2.patients with systemic illness compromising their pre anesthetic fitness
