Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age group 15 to 70 years who will give consent to participate into our study. Patients who are having altered liver functions tests. Patients having clinical sign and symptoms of liver Parenchymal disease. Patients having obesity .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to give consent to participate in our study . Pregnant females. Patients having allergy to contrast media. Patients who are the known case of Chronic liver disease.

Ultrasound is sensitive & cost effective modality for early diagnosis of liver Parenchymal disease however computed tomography is sensitive in obese & gaseous abdomen patients and also better for portosystemic vasculature though it is less cost effective and not widely availableTimepoint: On first visit & follow up at interval of 4weeks
