Interventions

Intervention1: INSPIRATORY MUSCLE TRAINING (IMT): ONE GROUP WILL BE GIVE IMT AND OTHER WILL BE GIVEN CONVENTIONAL PHYSIOTHERAPY. GROUP ONE WILL RECIVE TREATMENT IN FORM OF IMT TRAINING PLUS CONVENTION

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving hemodialysis >3 months . Hemodynamically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any existing illness which can limit their participation for exercise or affect the understanding

primary outcome :- Maximum inspiratory pressure (MIP) Timepoint: 6 weeks

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome :- pulmonary function Test . 6 min walk testTimepoint: Baseline post intervention after 6 weeks before the dialysis
