Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those fulfilling the DSM 5 diagnostic criteria of mild to moderate alcohol use disorder 2. >15 score in AUDIT questionnaire 3. Those with informed consent 4. Those fit for the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of hypertension, cardio-vascular disease , chronic hepatic disease , renal dysfunction , thyroid dysfunction , peptic ulcer 2. Those with history of suicidal attempts 3. Those with major depressive disorder, other 4. Substance use disorders and other psychotic conditions 5. Pregnant women and lactating mother
