Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fishermen aged above 18 years, residing in Kadekar or Kaup village since at least one year, actively involved in fishing activities and those having Systolic BP more than or equal 130 mm of Hg and/or Diastolic BP more than or equal to 80 mm of Hg with anti-hypertensive pharmacological therapy, using android smart phones and those willing to participate in the entire course of study including follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fishermen engaged in fishing related activities other than working in fishing boats, patients with reported Cardiovascular disease outcomes like myocardial infarction, stroke, chronic kidney disease, cases of hypertensive emergency or urgency.
