Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PREGNANT WOMEN UNDERGOING PRIMARY OR REPEAT Elective CAESAREAN SECTION.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Unwilling to participate •Pregnant women with a diagnosis of chorioamnionitis, placenta previa, multiple gestations, macrosomia, hydramnios, uterine leiomyomata with pregnancy, previous cervical surgery, moderate to severe anemia. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus •History of previous post-partum hemorrhage, Bleeding tendency.
