Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients giving written informed consent. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I & II. Both male and female. Patients posted for both elective and emergency below elbow surgeries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. Inability to consent to the study. Patient with coagulopathy or sepsis. Local anaesthesia allergy. Patients with compromised cardiac or respiratory or hepatic or renal functions. Skin infection precluding the block. Pre-existing musculocutaneous/ median/ulnar/radial neuropathy. Prior surgery in the infraclavicular fossa.
