Intervention1: GROUP-H:USG guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block with 16ml 0.5%bupivacaine with 1500 units of hyaluronic acid diluted with 2ml NS.: USG guided supraclavicular brachial plexus

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I and II patients of either sex. 2.Patients aged between 18 to 60 years 3. Patients undergoing elective upper limb forearm and hand surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anesthetic drugs. 2.Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulants, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, renal and liver diseases and severe respiratory disease 3.Neurological deficit involving the brachial plexus 4.Pregnant and lactating women, patients with epilepsy and mentally unstable patients. 5.Local site infection, peripheral vascular disease. 6.Patientâ??s refusal.

To compare the time of onset of motor block with addition of hyaluronidase with bupivacaine and bupivacaine aloneTimepoint: to note intraoperative vitals at 0,15,30,45,60,75,90,105,120,135, 165,180 minutes
