Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age all patients above 18 years will be included in the study Patients undergoing all kinds of elective surgeries under GA with endotracheal intubation in sitting position
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient who refuse to consent. •Anatomical deformities of head and neck •Earlier surgeries of head and neck •Tumours of maxillofacial region •Burns involving head and neck •Post radiation.
