Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. willingness and ability to practice pranayama during the study 2. experience – equal to or more than 2 years as ambulance drivers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ambulance drivers with any respiratory abnormality like Asthma or Severe wheezing problem 2. Individuals who are already practicing pranayama 3. Individuals with hypertension
