Inclusion criteria: Patients attending leprosy clinic Patients with bilateral palpable thickened nerves
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing to participate in the study Patients not willing to give written informed consent Patients below 18 yrs and above 50 yrs
