Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having clinical features of Nija/Agantuja DushtaVrana i.e.foul smell(durgandha), pus discharge(peetha srava), pain(vedana), burning sensation(daha) and edema(shotha) were selected for study. Diabetic Mellitus patients with HbA1C less than 7 and less than 10 years of diabetes history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from uncontrolled Diabetes mellilitus , Tuberculosis, Osteo mylitis, chronic varicose vein were excluded from the study. Patients suffering from conditions like malignant ulcer and other illness like HIV, Hepatitis B And C were excluded
