Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of final irrigation of root canals with cryotreated 3 percent sodium hypochlorite solution at 2 degrees celsius, room temperature 3 percent sodium hypochlorite solution at 25 degrees celsius & heated 3 percent sodium hypochlorite solution at 60 degrees celsius on postoperative pain level.Timepoint: Postoperative pain will be evaluated at 6, 24, 48 & 72 hours

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the efficacy of 3 percent sodium hypochlorite, warm hypochlorite & cryotreated hypochlorite on post operative painTimepoint: Postoperative pain will be evaluated at 6, 24, 48 & 72 hours
