Inclusion criteria: Elective and emergency caesarean section ASA - II and III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age : 40 years of age Patient refusal Allergic to Local anaesthetic Bleeding disorder Parturients who is already on MgSO4 for Pre-eclampsia / Eclampsia
