Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with open thoracotomy Patients who are Hemodynamically stable after surgery Patients aged more than 20 years Both the genders Patients willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unconscious patients Patients with psychiatric illness or having problem with understanding Patients with unstable angina or severe chest pain postoperatively Patients with ejection fraction Patients with oral lesions Patients having neuromuscular conditions or respiratory illness like COPD, Tuberculosis etc. Pregnancy Patient with systemic disorder
