Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participants included will be nominated by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan who will ensure that the participants with similar background characteristics are nominated for the program. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) are a system of central schools run by instituted under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. KVS school were co-educational affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), headquartered in New Delhi. KVS are educational schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, with classes from VI to XII standard. A total of 100 schoolteachers will be nominated by the KVS headquarters, from different parts of India for the training program. This will ensure that the participants with similar background characteristics are nominated for the program. Administrative approvals have been given to CDER, AIIMS. The assessment of the effectiveness will be estimated using a questionnaire. The 2 School teacher from each school will further train 24 class monitors from class 6-9th, who will further train a class of around 40 students each. The assessment of the effectiveness will be estimated at each level using a pre and posttest questionnaire
