Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA class I patient 2.Age group18-40 years 3.Bilateral similar impaction (with same classification and difficulty index)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a known history of an allergy or hypersensitivity to lignocaine or dexmedetomidine, 2.Pregnant or lactating mothers 3.Patients with acute pericoronitis
