Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-70 years American Society of Anesthesiologists – physical status (ASA-PS) class 1 and 2 patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Head trauma 2. Nasal mass 3. Significant deviated nasal septum 4. Cleft lip & cleft palate 5. History of laryngeal surgery 6. Base of skull lesion 7. History of corrosive poisoning 8. Esophageal pathology 9. Recent radiotherapy to the neck 10. BMI >40 kg/m2 11. Unstable cervical spine
