Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18-40 years. Instrumental delivery. Patient willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Womens with DM Known case of asthma/allergy of fumigation Jwara(Fever) Immunocompromised patients Severe Anaemia(Hb <7gm%)
