Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sign and symptoms of Vatarakta Serum uric acid level more than 7mg/dl in male and 6mg/dl in female. Patients from age group 18-60 year Both previously treated and fresh cases will be taken.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic systemic disorders which interferes with the present study. 2.Patients of age below 18 or more than 60 years. 3.Autoimmune diseases 4.Patients with osteoarthritis, tophaceous gouty arthritis. 5.Pregnancy 6.Patient with serious medical illness and psychiatric disorder.
