Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with equal to or more than one exacerbation needing hospital admission Patient giving consent for study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient not giving consent for the study Patients of Lung Malignancy and COPD Patients with heart failure and COPD Patient with history of Tuberculosis
