Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ready to give informed consent Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale Cannabis withdrawal Scale Started on Naltrexone 50mg/day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other comorbid substance use excluding caffeine and nicotine Any comorbid psychiatric disorders Any contraindication for undergoing rTMS and MRS Not willing to give informed consent
