Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients having regular menstrual cycles diagnosed according to ACR 2010 Aged between 18-45 years Pain for at least 3 months Pain present in atleast 11 out of 19 tender points Informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating Irregular menstrual cycles Other chronic or uncontrolled systemic disease Having implantation of defibrillators or cardiac pacemakers
