Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teachers who are willing to participate Both male and female teachers Teachers having experience for more than two years Teachers with and without mechanical low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease or spinal deformity or neurological disorder Pregnancy Hypertension and Diabetes mellitus Shoulder pathology or recent cervical History of Recent spine injury or trauma •Spine fracture •Pathological low back pain
