Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All inborn babies born at <=32 weeks gestation and all outborn babies (<=32 weeks) referred within 24 hours of life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Death before 7 days of life. 2. Family not willing for metabolic profile testing.
