Inclusion criteria: Patients having sign & symptoms of Dushta vrana1 ??????? ?? ? [with very minute wound opening] ???????? ? [with very broad wound opening] ??????? ?? [excessively hard on palpation] ?????? ?? ? [excessively soft] ?? ??? ?? [elevated wound] ???? ??/?? ??? ??? [deep based wound] ????? ??? ???? ??? ??? ?? [wound elevated like fleshy protuberance] ?? ????? [deviation from the normal direction] Patient having More than 50% of above symptoms will be consider for our study.Wound size = 5cm will be include

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Malignant ulcer 2. Hiv/HbsAg positive 3. Severe Anaemic patients 4. Uncontrolled diabetic
