Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Breast cancer diagnosed adults from age 18-60 Willingness and ability to participate in the Zentangle Method and solfeggio frequency Music instruction session and practice during the study Functional ability as per ECOG (European Cooperative Oncology Group) Score 0 to 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are under the age of 18 Individuals having any mental disorders or neurological illnesses. Any other co-morbid conditions affecting the patients’ participation
