Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with the following different types of corneal disease who are treatment naïve or undergoing treatment including. CORNEAL ULCER ( INFECTIVE KERATITIS ) NON INFECTIVE KERATITIS DEGENERATIVE DISORDERS ECTATIC DISORDERS CORNEAL DYSTROPHY MISCELLANEOUS dry eye Corneal opacity Corneal transplant Vernal Keratoconjunctivitis Aphakic &Pseudophakic bullous keratopathy Superior limbic Keratoconjunctivitis Others

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any subject who cannot come for further consultations following baseline work up.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary objective of the registry is to collect data of demographics, clinical presentations, investigational profile, prescribed management & follow up of patients with common chronic corneal diseases. This registry can provide information regarding the incidence rate of different types of chronic corneal diseases which can be used for future clinical trials.Timepoint: 8months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate the clinical burden of these common chronic Corneal cases during the baseline visit, which will provide adequate clinical data regarding incidence rate of different types of chronic corneal diseases 2. Changes in clinical profile & investigational parameters (BCVA, Keratometry, Anterior segment OCT) between baseline (at the time of enrollment into the registry) and the follow up visits.Timepoint: 6months
