Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: •Patients of both sexes in the age group of 25-65 years are to be selected. •Patients with hemorrhoids 1st degree,2nd degree, 3rd degree 4th degree piles mass. •Patients unwilling for surgery. •Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. •Patient who will sign the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Patients suffering from hemorrhoid associated with fistula in ano, rectal prolapse, polyp, rectal carcinoma. •Patients develop other complications apart from bleeding per rectum, constipation after ligation, even after registration. •Patients suffering from systemic pathologies viz. HTN, Diabetes Mellitus etc. •Patients suffering from HIV and AIDS. •Pregnant woman should be excluded.
