Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Women aged 40- 50 years 2)with At least 12 months of amenorrhea, 3)Not more than 2 years since menopause attained 4)Women who can speak and/ or read and write English/Kannada 5)Those giving written informed consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Women who have attained surgical menopause 2)Women On Hormone Replacement Therapy 3) Women who have amenorrhea due to conditions other than natural menopause
