Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1)Intraoperative haemodynamics during induction, intraoperative and immediate post operative period 2)Assessing recovery pattern after TCI has stopped Timepoint: Vitals, BIS, TOF will be recorded just prior to induction, within 2-3 min after induction and within 2-3min after LMA insertion, every 10 min till completion of surgery,at the time of giving reversal and within 2-3 minutes of extubation.Vitals,Ramsay sedation score,Modified aldrete score,VAS recorded in the postop every 10 min upto 1 hour.Change in vitals recorded every 10 min and time taken for eye opening, responding for oral commands, verbal response after stopping of TCI is noted. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1)Time for induction is calculated in both the models. 2)Amount of drug propofol used in both models while conducting the study. 3)Usage of other analgesics to maintain VAS score of /- 4 in both models in the post operative period.
