Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with probable diagnosis of musculoskeletal tuberculosis based on clinico-radiological criteria with pus collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with inaccessible collection of pus where therapeutic surgery is not indicated. Patients where sample obtained is less than 1.5 ml
