Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 Diabetes 2. HbA1c >7.5 3. BMI 18-30 g/m2 4. Normal creatinine 5. Any Oral Hypoglycemic Agents (OHA) 6. Age â?? 35 to 55 7. Gender â?? M/F 8. Symptomatic Diabetic Neuropathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HbA1c 6 to 7.5 or >12 2. Regular Yoga practitioners ( >12months) 3. Type-1 Diabetes 4. Insulin dependent (long-term) 5. Physical disability (limiting the practice of 6. yoga specific to the study) 7. Pregnant women / intending conception during study 8. GIT surgery or any surgery in the past 6 months limiting the practice of yoga specific to the study 9. Diabetic retinopathy 10. Major neurological disorders (leading to musculoskeletal problems) 11. Antibiotic therapy- previous 3 months Probiotic supplement in previous 15 days 12. Cardiac, renal, Lung or Liver disease
