Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Systemically healthy patients. 2.Patients with stage -III periodontitis with 2 & 3 walled intrabony defects. 3.Full mouth plaque scores should be less than 15%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent periodontal therapy within 1 year. 2.Teeth indicated for extraction. 3.Patients having habit of consuming tobacco in any form. 4.Patients having any systemic or local immunodeficiency. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients on any drug therapy which may affect the outcome of present study.
