Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with a classical picture of Vataadhikya vatarakta will be selected irrespective of caste, religion and profession. 2. Patients who are Basti-Yogya. 3. Patients within the age group of 18-60 years. 4. Anti SS-A and Anti SS-B will be positive.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged below 18 years and more than 60 yrs. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. A patient who is contraindicated for Basti. 4. Patient with chronic systematic illness (cardiac failure, cirrhosis of the liver, hypertension). 5. Patient with fissure, fistula in ano and Hemorrhoids.
