Inclusion criteria: Patients Undergoing Instrumented Posterolateral Spine Fusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemoglobin less than 10g% 2. Coagulopathy 3. Platelet count less than 1,00,000/microlitre
