Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers 20-50 years old undergoing a yogic kriya training and practice for the first time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of significant neurological or psychiatric conditions affecting the brain such as stroke, dementia, Parkinsonâ??s and other neurodegenerative diseases, On any psychoactive medication such as antidepressants, anxiolytics, antiepileptics Addictions to nicotine containing products or alcohol Ineligible for MRI- with pacemakers, MRI incompatible stents,valves, severe claustrophobia

Primary outcome: Changes in Affect at 45 days of yogic kriya practiceâ?? scores on Positive Affect & Negative Affect Test (PANAS) compared between intervention & control groups Timepoint: Day0 Day 45

Changes in cognitive functions at 45 days of yogic kriya practice - scores on Digit Symbol Substitution Test, Controlled Oral Word Association Test, Forward/Backward Digit Span Test compared between intervention & control groups B.
