Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient Population- Recruiting patients who are staying and receiving vocational training program AND the patients who have received vocational rehabilitation training for a period of 3 months. Service Provider Experts- The Mental health professional working in rehabilitation setting at least for more than 3 months Caregiversâ??- The person who is staying with patient at least for one year before admission to Hombelaku and those staying with the patient after discharge from the centre Employersâ??- Individuals who offered job for patients admitted in Hombelaku.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients who have been discharged and caregivers whose patients have been discharged from the center before December 2021. Those who are refusing to participate in the study
